Travis Tennant is a Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) based in Portage, Michigan, serving clients throughout the surrounding areas. He is passionate about working with school-aged children, adolescents, and young adults, helping them navigate the unique and often complex challenges of growing up in today’s world.
Travis earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University and his Master of Social Work from Michigan State University. His background includes valuable experience working within public school systems, where he supports students facing emotional, behavioral, and academic difficulties.
He specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral challenges, with a strong focus on those in educational environments or in early stages of adulthood. Travis uses a collaborative, strength-based approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that every person has the ability to grow, adapt, and thrive. He partners with clients to help them build on their existing strengths while addressing the issues that brought them to therapy.
